We had an extensive remodel done on our new home, including full kitchen/great room, bathrooms, flooring, installing new fireplace, painting and much more. Kehr Construction and their crew were excellent craftsmen, very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Walt handled contacting and arranging schedules with the sub-contractors and made sure they were on the job when they needed to be. He went with me to several places (such as tile and cabinet companies) to provide his expert opinion which was a tremendous help. Walt is a creative, extremely knowledgeable contractor. He worked right alone side the crew and over saw the daily tasks and progress. Walt had some great design suggestions and has a superb work ethic. Walt was very easy to communicate with and kept us informed of progress throughout the duration of the remodel.

Kehr Construction was hired to build my home in 1999. The 2600 square foot home was built for me from the ground up. They coordinated the entire house from digging the foundation to landscaping the yard. The home came in on budget and on time. In 2004 I had them come back to add a 500 square foot game room over the top of the garage and again a great experience. We were living in the home during the addition and found all of their employees a pleasure to have around. I would definitely recommend this company without any hesitation. Now in 2013 Kehr was again hired to build me a new home and I already know what to expect.

We hired Kehr Construction to build a certified green home and barn using all sustainable material, with solar components and much more. This was at a time when if you walked into a tile store and asked to look at green tile, they showed you tile that was green. It was quite a project, but with Kehr’s construction guidance and professionalism it was actually a pleasure. The home turned out beautifully!

Kehr Construction Co is the ONLY company that I would even consider when re-modeling. Seven years ago we had major defective roof issues on our home built by a development company just 10 years prior. Kehr construction had TWO structural engineers give opinion on this project and then they managed the re-roofing process. SInce we had to re-roof down to the trusses we decided to re-model our kitchen, laundry room and kids bathroom. Walt and his team were at our home everyday for nearly 2 1/2 months working on this project and giving us expert design recommendations and the finished project has been more than great-just fantastic. All of the sub contractors that they worked with were great and very good at what they do. The price was very fair and the attention to detail was so amazing! We are now just starting to plan for a master suite re-model-and we only want Kehr construction on this job!

Kehr remodeled two bathrooms in our home. We did this with a vision but without an architect. This approach required great patience and flexibility on the part of Kehr’s owners. The finished product is magnificent and at a very reasonable price.
